I went the extra mile to make sure this custom county website gave users multiple paths to the essential info they were seeking while solving the unique challenges of each department. Most county websites are built with boilerplate templates that are cumbersome to evolve and expensive to maintain.  I built this site with an open-source content management system so that it is super-flexible, resilient, and easier to maintain into the future as needs and technology evolves.
